Design and Specification

Why are you replacing your flooring? This is the first question that Lucas Commercial Flooring Group will ask to evaluate your needs for your new flooring. We can work with you to find the materials that meet the function of your space to make sure your new flooring solves your flooring problems. We specialize in flooring to ensure we are up to date on all of the latest technologies, products, and trends. 

Although we specialize in flooring, we can assist in selecting paint, wall covering, laminate, counter tops, lighting, and more. Our in house interior designer will work with you to keep your design cohesive, while connecting you to specialists in each area to ensure the performance of your space will meet your needs. 

Budget and Planning                                         

​Budget is one of the top 3 concerns in regard to flooring replacements. Whether it is establishing a budget based on a specific aesthetic or function, or using an already established budget to get the most value for your dollar, Lucas Commercial Flooring Group can assist in providing flooring options that meet the function of the space while meeting the budget.

Service and Repair

When you need a quick response from a qualified flooring contractor, Lucas is a phone call away. We can have someone out to meet your schedule for a quick repair, even after hours. 

Project Management

Your project will have a dedicated project manager that provides customer service from start to finish. They will be at your first meeting discussing your goals and objectives for the project, they will be there to assist in budgeting, and they will be there to answer any questions during the installation. Your project manager will even be there to assist with questions about maintenance and warranties. Although you will see the other members of the Lucas' team, your Project Manager will be there to answer your phone calls from beginning to end. 

Installation

With 100+ years combined experience, our in-house installers know flooring and all of the details that are part of it. From showing up on the start date, staying until the project is complete, and arriving in professional attire, Lucas Commercial Flooring provides top notch installers that share the same customer service philosophy as the rest of the Lucas team. 

We ensure that our installers are up to date on all of the latest material training and OSHA safety requirements. Lucas Commercial Flooring Group is fully insured. You can rest assured that when Lucas installs your new flooring products, all manufacturer warranties are maintained and you receive a 1 year labor warranty for additional peace of mind.
