Design & Specification
Every project begins with a site visit from a member of our design team. Starting here allows us to ask the right questions and use those answers to guide every material decision. You're never stuck choosing between what looks good and what holds up. That's the whole point of starting with design.
We specialize exclusively in commercial flooring, which means we're up to date on the latest products, installation methods, and material technologies. Project Management
Commercial flooring projects involve a lot of moving parts: material orders, site schedules, subcontractor coordination, and post-installation follow-up. Your Lucas project manager owns all of it. They're your single point of contact from the signed contract through final installation.
Your PM will work with you to understand the goals of the project, assist in budgeting, coordinate with your facility team on scheduling and site access, and oversee installation to make sure the finished product matches what was planned. After the project wraps, they stay available for warranty questions and maintenance guidance. And if something unexpected comes up — a site condition, a schedule change — your PM finds solutions, not excuses. Zero drama.
Installation
Lucas does not use subcontractors for installation. Our in-house team handles every project directly, which means consistent quality, accountability, and a crew that shows up when they say they will. With over 100 years of combined installation experience across the team, we've seen nearly every commercial flooring scenario and we know how to handle them.
Our installers maintain current OSHA compliance and INSTALL training on every product we install. Lucas is fully insured, and every project is backed by our 1-year warranty. We stand behind the work because we did it ourselves.

Service & Repair
